Confirm active contracts and utility rates before preparing the month.
Run monthly billing
- Open Billing.
- Select the billing month.
- Choose an active contract.
- Enter electricity and water readings when applicable.
- Review calculated charges.
- Generate and review the invoice.
What happens next?
The invoice becomes available for payment tracking. Review it before recording money received.
