Getting started

Create your account, prepare a workspace, and add your first room.

Before you begin

Use an email address you can access. Your workspace keeps one rental business and its records together.

Set up Rental SaaS

  1. Create an account and verify your email.
  2. Enter the name of your rental business to create a workspace.
  3. Open Rooms and add your first room.
  4. Add rent and default utility rates.
  5. Continue with a tenant and rental contract when the room is ready.

Tip

Start with one real room to learn the workflow before adding the rest.
