Contracts

Connect a tenant to a room and define the active rental terms.

Create a contract

  1. Open Contracts and choose New contract.
  2. Select a room and tenant.
  3. Enter the start date, rent, deposit, and billing details.
  4. Review the terms and save.

Before creating one

The room and tenant must already exist. Avoid overlapping active contracts for the same room.
