1. Lawful use
Use Rental SaaS only for lawful rental-business purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy, housing, consumer, employment, and financial-record obligations.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Access or attempt to access another user’s workspace, tenant records, or systems without authorization.
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, defamatory, malicious, or rights-infringing content.
- Use tenant information for harassment, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, spam, or unrelated marketing.
- Introduce malware, probe security, bypass limits, overload infrastructure, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
- Reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the service to misrepresent invoices, payments, contracts, identities, or financial activity.
3. Sensitive information
Do not store payment-card numbers, authentication secrets, or other highly sensitive information unless a feature expressly supports and secures that data. Collect only tenant information reasonably needed for rental operations.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
5. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or security issues to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Do not include passwords, OTP codes, or other credentials in reports.
