Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Agreement and provider
By creating an account or using Rental SaaS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], at [LEGAL ADDRESS], under the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Questions may be sent to [CONTACT EMAIL].
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for credentials, activity under your account, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use.
3. Workspaces and rental records
Workspace owners control access to their workspace and are responsible for the rooms, tenants, contracts, invoices, payment records, expenses, and other information entered by their users.
- Use appropriate permissions and remove access when a team member no longer requires it.
- Ensure tenant and financial records are collected and used lawfully.
- Review generated calculations, invoices, reports, and records before relying on them.
4. Service scope
Rental SaaS provides operational software and record-keeping tools. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, property-management, or payment-processing advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and compliance obligations.
5. Third-party services
The service may rely on or connect to authentication, email, hosting, database, infrastructure, and future billing providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms, and we are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.
6. Fees and future paid plans
Current or future paid features, prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, and limits will be disclosed before purchase. The Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply to paid subscriptions when introduced.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the service, access data without authorization, disrupt operations, upload unlawful content, or use Rental SaaS to violate another person’s rights.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security risks, legal requirements, non-payment on future paid plans, or material violations. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, or that the service will meet every business requirement. We do not provide guarantees beyond those required by applicable law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any liability limits will not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL] with questions.
