Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellation and refunds will work when Rental SaaS introduces paid subscriptions.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Current availability

Self-service paid subscription checkout is not currently available. This policy describes the intended baseline for paid plans and may be updated before paid plans launch. No payment is due unless pricing and billing terms are clearly presented and accepted.

2. Cancellation

When paid plans are introduced, workspace owners or authorized billing users will be able to cancel according to the controls or instructions provided. Cancellation will normally stop renewal at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise at purchase.

3. Access after cancellation

Access to paid features will generally continue through the already-paid period. The workspace may then move to an available free or limited plan. Users should export or retain records they are legally required to keep before access changes.

4. Refunds

Unless required by law or expressly offered at purchase, subscription charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or service-specific refund commitments will be reviewed individually. We do not promise refunds for unused time, partial periods, or failure to cancel before renewal.

5. Suspension and termination

Cancellation is different from suspension or termination for policy violations. Termination for misuse does not automatically create a refund right. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

6. Requests and future terms

Send billing questions or refund requests to [CONTACT EMAIL] with the workspace name and relevant transaction information, but never include passwords or OTP codes. Final paid-plan terms, currencies, taxes, and billing-provider rules will be disclosed before purchase.
